Dyeing process for color fabric

    

1.                Drop (for laycra single jersey ) 60°×15´ (wetting detergent, anticreasing agent,sequestering agent ).

2.                  Drain

3.                  Scouring (water, antifoaming agent, wetting agent, anticreasing agent, sequestering agent, peroxide stabilizer ) 40°c

4.                  H2O2 injecting at 60°C

5.                  Caustic Dosing at 60°C for 20 to 30 minuits

6.                  Runtime 98°C×40´

7.                  Drain

8.                  Normal Hot at 80°C×10´

9.                  2 cold wash

10.              Peroxide killer inject at normal temperature

11.              Acitic Acid (normal temperature)

12.              PH check (need 4.5 for enzyme)

13.              Enzyme (55°C×60´)

14.              Sample check

15.              Normal hot ( 70°C×10´)

16.              2 cold wash

17.              Water taken for leveling  (pH check for Levelling and keep it 6.5 for leveling)

18.              Leveling inject (40° for black and 60° for color

19.              Salt dosing (60° for 20 minute)

20.              Runtime 20 minute

21.              Color dosing (60°C for 30 minute)

22.              Runtime 20 minute

23.              Soda dosing ( 60° C for 40 minute)

24.              Color steam (60°C for 60 minute)

25.              Sample check

26.              Drain water

27.              2 cold wash

28.              A. Acid inject (40°C for 15 minute

29.              Drain

30.              Normal hot (70° for 10 minute)

31.              Sample check

32.              Chemical hot ( if deep color )

33.              Normal wash

34.              A. Acid

35.              Fixing ---

a.       E.C.O for yellowness remove

b.      F.R.D for all sample

36.              Softener ( 40° for 20 minute )

37.              Unloading
